Today we are bringing you news of the K Klan (i.e. the Kardashians), famous for the ladies in the gang. Now these two multitalented ‘K Duo’, Kendall, 20, and Kylie, 18, are the youngest K’s but have managed to be in the news as much as the others.
The K sisters, who have years of experience in designing as they had previously collaborated on clothing ranges with Topshop and Pacsun, have finally unveiled their own label, ‘Kendall + Kylie’, Spring 2016 collection on Thursday. The sister duo had been teasing their million plus fans by posting tiny glances of their collection on Instagram. It seems the prices for the collection range from $68 to $498, while shoes are priced between $100 and $200. Having a bro-in-law (Kaye West) who has his own share of followers in retail, the sisters are ready to embark on their own retail journey. They even modeled some pieces from their collection. We have come to know from reliable sources that the collection, which has been inspired by the girls’ own personal style, will be slightly cheaper than many of the high-end designer items the girls wear on a day-to-day basis. The collection includes an array of crop tops, cut-out dresses, boho-inspired pieces, and, of course, plenty of shoes.
“The Kendall + Kylie collection has so many sophisticated pieces. I feel this is really just the beginning and it will become a HUGE brand,” one dedicated fan noted on Twitter. While another added, “I literally want everything from the Kendall + Kylie collection. It’s basically their wardrobe!”
Well who doesn’t want everything from the Kendall + Kylie collection? Duh! The collection will be available to buy on fashion e-tailer Revolve from January 29, and in stores like Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom at the start of February.
Speaking to Vogue about the launch of the collection, Kendall explained that both girls feel as though it represents their maturing tastes and experience with regard to fashion. “This collection is really important to us because it’s a reflection of our point of view in the fashion world today,” Kendall explained. “We’ve matured a lot in our tastes and aesthetics and are inspired by so many people in the industry, that creating this line is something we’re really proud of.”
“This collection is our most elevated and sophisticated, yet it’s so versatile. There’s something for everyone, no matter your age,” Kylie added. “Kendall and I are excited to start wearing it and can’t wait to see our friends in it, too.”
We are equally excited to get our hands on those tiny little pieces, hoping to rub off some of the sexy and fashionable whiff which the sisters carry in abundance.
