SOUL along with Chef Aman Tandon brings you some quick-to-make summer mocktails to keep you hydrated and healthy this summer.
The unbearable summer has started with our fridge lined up with bottles of water to quench the hot drink thirst.
Replace the plain water with lime and it not only acts as a detoxification and remedy for curing your clogged pipes i.e. constipation but is also an energizing drink which is so required in this weather when giddiness due to the heat is so common.
