Immense in its own way, Met Gala, one of the most famous events where biggest stars of fashion, film and art gather for the greatest pomp and show, was held in Metropolitan Museum Of Art, New York on the 6th of May, 2019. After the great event of 2018, everybody as eager for the Gala 2019. Taking from a frou-frou fluff of feathers to cross dressings, from chandelier dress to maxi gowns and the list never ends. On the pink carpet, the flying of feathery dresses with the twinsets and the combination of shimmery golden, green and sequin have almost grabbed the eyes and off course cameras everywhere.
Celebs were seen in brands like Dior, Gucci, Versace and designers like Saint Laurent, Michael Kors and so many others. The carpet looked radiant with pop colours, shiny bling and off course some quirky outfits.

Among the many celebrities on the pink carpet, there were some outfits and look that literally grabbed everyone’s attention.
Billy Poter had dressed in one of the most unique costumes. Being dressed as an Egyptian Sun God, he was carried by topless men as he unfurled his wings wearing the golden beauty like a pharaoh. Such a transition from the Oscars few days back, where he was dressed in tuxedo, and had now turned into a golden bird, opening its wings before the stunned viewers.
Wearing the thombroen gown, Cardi B, required the hand of six men for her to walk with silver cutouts, the Hadid sisters, Gigi Hadid andBelaHadid stepped in respectively.
When all the people of the fashion world were flaunting their costumes, the tennis player Serena Williams blossomed like a fresh flower in the garden. Pairing Nike sneakers with a yellow floral Versace gown, she walked the stairs like a real fashionista.
And who can forget the shimmery sequin style in the greatest fashion exhibition? Actress Emily Blunt and singer Miley Cyrus had dressed in beautiful golden and green-black shimmer dresses that lit up the red carpet.

Actress Priyanka Chopra and DeepikaPadukone, the bolly stars were also seen in the events dressed in haute couture silver gown and dressed as a Barbie respectively.

Lady Gaga, as she has put up some splendid fashion display in the past too, she has enchanted the fashion industry with her costume this time. She entered wearing a fruscia dress, flaunting her false golden eyelashes, suited man carrying her dress behind her and carrying umbrella.
She then opened the first layer of herdress to a black sweet neckline gown and then to a hot pink column dress pairing with an old fashioned mobile phone and then she changed to black underwear and had literally kept the people everywhere looking just at her. Her costume was not less than a play itself.
On cannot forget the chandelier dress that was worn by Katty Perry and off course the Kardasians, where Kim Kardasian wanted to portray an all wet look that was done by the Mugler dress that she had worn.

The hangover of the red carpet was not yet over, when the celebrities have expressed their wild and weird fashion fantacies in the Gala after party. The party was called for as a dance party in a gymnasium where celebrities danced to the beats of the music till the end.
Many of the celebreties were seen in different outfits in the after party like a hamburger dress, raindrop dress and in costumes where they were holding their own head. Oh yes! Jared Leto became a completely changed person with a costume holding his own head.
The craziness and the dramatic evening of exuberance starts with cocktail party, accompanied by events and dinner and the great dance in the after party . This year’s host being Anna Wintour, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga, Serena Williams and Alessandra Michele were seen to steal the show with their appearances being so striking.
In spite of the grewat get together of all the art industries, many fashion figures like Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift and some more were not seen in the event. Like every year , the celebrities havehosted their flags of great fashionistas, this year too the enthusiasm was equally high and pleasing except for the few names that were missed these year. But as this year;’s event gets over, the await for the next event starts and the celebrities keep rocking in their exciting fashion dreams in all the other events of Hollywood too.
