- The biggest success that you have witnessed professionally so far?
Shop pirate reaching one million visitors per month within the 6 months of its launch.
- What is the mantra of your success?
For over 8 years I have been closely working with start-up ventures, administering their overall operations. I understand the infrastructure of the Information and Technology industry – from strategy formulation to solution delivery – and enable technology to enhance all processes and scale the organization to the next level.
Belonging from a business family, entrepreneurship was always in blood. So using my experience and, at the same time, my willingness to learn things paved the way of success for me. I believe in myself and my principles. Focused hard work and having a positive outlook has kept me going high in life. Furthermore it is equally important to keep a balance between successful life and good health, so I exercise daily and devote all my energy to the constructive and right way of working.
- How would you describe your personal style?
I believe in being simple and comfortable in my own skin. I don’t follow fashion blindly but like adapting in what brings me comfort. I think that if you see others and follow, you would never be confident about yourself and that will affect your style. So be simple and love yourself, which will reflect your inner beauty to others and will enhance your personal style quotient.
- How do you balance your personal and professional life?
Life becomes easy when we learn time management, know our priorities and are clear about when and where to say NO. Though it does get tough juggling between work, family and friends but thankfully, I am well trained in managing my time. As a child I always looked up to my father who, despite being busy with his business, always gave ample time to his family along with contributing quality time to the business and making it flourish. Now after marriage I am blessed with a supportive family who gives me my space to work and achieve my goals.
- Where do you like to escape to from the hustle-bustle of everyday-city life?
What can me more soothing and peaceful than spending quality time with family, especially with my mother, who has been a strong pillar of support for me! I like to spend my time at my mother’s place.
