- Pick up 4-5 fresh organic tomatoes, wash and cut in small pieces
- Heat a table spoon of oil in a pan, toss all the seeds (shown in picture), red chilies and add chopped tomatoes
- Add salt to taste, blend and leave it covered for few minutes on low flame till tomatoes become soft
- Add jaggry/ sugar to taste ( to get sweet & sour flavor)
