The list of her events are endless, however, recently on February 9th, 2016, the cocktail at the farmhouse in Westend Greens was designed and produced by Elusive dreams hosting about 450-500 guests. Popular Punjabi singer Jassi Sidhu made the guests dance to his tunes till the crack of dawn.
A royal blue and gold color palette was accentuated by red flowers. An island Bar in Gold was created at the centre of the lawn with a cluster of hanging bulbs from the palm trees.
Glass mosaic dining especially done for the guests took the décor to a major league altogether. The catering was taken care of by the very famous Creative Cuisines India. There was a fusion of Vintage and a Punjabi touch to the cocktail night. The décor and how the slightest detail was taken care of was sterling and praiseworthy. All the guests were flabbergasted by the color theme.

Soul got an opportunity to ask few questions from Ms. Pooja on a personal level, we realized that sky is the limit for a Young entrepreneur like her.
Soul : How did you make a place in this industry?
Pooja : “ Life is very unplanned. I had no idea that doing events was what filled my heart with joy. Straight after I Graduated from JMC, Delhi, I got an opportunity to intern at Wiz craft and I realized that events was my line. It also directed me that I want to work for social events/weddings and not corporate events. Right after my internship, I got an opportunity with a cousin’s friend who was looking for an intern. I did my first event on 15th August, and it made me another person altogether. I understood that making people happy and being a part of their big day gives me a real kick in life. After good learning, on 1st February 2015, I started my own company, Elusive Dreams.
Soul : Where do you get your inspiration in what you do?
Pooja : “I gain immense inspiration from the people around me. I am not competing here with anyone as I have competition in myself from what I was yesterday and what I can do tomorrow. Every sunset and sunrise is different and that’s what I create in my work as well. If we look with a detailed eye, there is inspiration and learning in everything in the world.”
Soul : What gives you the satisfaction that you have done your best?
Pooja : “My clients’ satisfaction gives me satisfaction. They should solely feel that they have been delivered real value for money and that we have given more than promised. The industry works on word of mouth. When I am recommended by a client to another, I gain satisfaction. I end up making life long relationship with my clients as I succeed in understanding their choices and incorporating it in my work to the best fit.”
Soul : Who would you consider responsible for your success?
Pooja : “I would whole-heartedly give that credit to my family for being my back bone. Emotional strength and support from loved ones guarantees half your success. The day I started working in 2013, I stopped taking money from home and I made them immensely proud when I started Elusive Dreams with my own savings. My parents biggest pride is to be referred as Pooja’s Parents at any event or a gathering.
Décor is my passion, and a very few people get the opportunity to live their passion. So I am going to justify to what life has gifted me in every possible work I do. Living my dream everyday makes me feel closer to the goal I want to reach someday.”
