SoulbyWeekly is a webzine which talks about food, fashion and interiors. We try to bring to our readers the best subject related articles, which will not only enrich their minds but at the same time keep them entertained.
Today in ‘Food for thought’ we bring you Picky Palate (we love the name) – original family style recipes for even your pickiest eaters. It is the brain-child of Jenny a former dental hygienist and a mother of three boys, who started out with picky little palates and then Picky Palate. A self-confessed non-cook, Jenny started to learn cooking in the year 2001 and promised herself to be an avid cook by the year-end. In her own words, Jenny said “I read cookbooks like they were novels and watched cooking show after cooking show on Food Network. In all of my experimenting and studying, I found my real passion which is creating and writing my own recipes. In 2004, I started entering cooking competitions on a whim and had a blast competing in competitions of all kinds for a few years.”
Picky Palate which started as a baby late in 2007 has now grown into a popular food blog. This is a place where there are numerous recipes not only for a kid’s picky palates but for an adult’s too.
Jenny’s very first cookbook with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt is now available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
